RESOLUTION: 2026-03-0001

A resolution to bring into force the Regional Government Act.
WHEREAS the United First Nations wishes to enact a regional government act to govern nations and districts, and,
WHEREAS the United First Nations council cannot represent every first nation in Canada, and,
WHEREAS the council wishes first nations to be represented in the Congress of Nations,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the council of the United First Nations hereby enacts the United First Nations Regional Government Act, with said Act to come into force immediately.
