Community Environmental Action Plan

The Community Environmental Action Program is a response to climate change for individuals, schools, and communities. Our program is an ongoing initiative which focuses on awareness of climate change and environmental issues, education, and action.

Specific activities include:

• social media/websites bringing awareness/educationcommunity clean up days
• school gardens and greenhouses
• waste reduction and recycling programs (school and/or community)
• eco-friendly transportation initiatives (eg. bike to work day)
• paperless classrooms

We encourage businesses, schools, and communities to join our program and participate in activities where they can.
